About Lift Physiotherapy

Our Treatment Process

At LIFT Physiotherapy, we will work with you in three phases:

  • First, we ASSESS your movement dysfunction.
  • Then, we INFORM you on the nature of your injury.
  • Finally, we EMPOWER you to move well and achieve optimal performance.

Our goal is to make a positive impact on individuals in the community through providing the highest quality rehabilitation services.

We are committed to providing thorough assessments, education and empowering treatment to all people to enable them to achieve optimal performance and well-being.

Treatment Philosophy

Our approach starts with a detailed assessment. We ask you relevant questions and listen carefully and actively to get a better understanding of the cause(s) of your injury. Based on your subjective responses we then use a combination of manual techniques and orthopedic tests to determine a diagnosis. From there we develop a tailored treatment plan specific to your needs.
