As primary health care providers, we’re extremely fortunate to be able to continue serving our clients throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
Please rest assured that we are taking every precaution to keep our clients and staff safe.
All clients must wait in their vehicles until a LIFT staff member invites you inside the clinic.
When you arrive, simply call us at 905-282-9922, and a staff member will invite you in.
Please do not try to enter the clinic until you speak to a staff member.
If you have travelled in the past 14 days and you have either a) been fully vaccinated or b) tested negative for COVID-19 upon your arrival in Canada, you can attend appointments at your earliest convenience.
If you don’t meet one or both of these conditions, you will only be able to attend appointments after 14 days of isolation.
To attend physiotherapy appointments, proof of vaccination is not required.
To attend personal training sessions, we require proof of vaccination in compliance with the current government restrictions. You can either email us your certification, or bring in a paper copy, which we’ll keep for your file.
We will scan QR codes.
All clients are required to wear masks to all appointments. Cloth masks are acceptable.
All clients will be required to complete a quick online questionnaire before their appointment. If the screen is positive, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
We will also take each client’s temperature on arrival at our clinic using a contactless thermometer.
All staff members will be wearing a mask and a face shield or goggles during appointments.
All clinicians and staff members have been double vaccinated.
All in-clinic staff will complete a daily questionnaire before coming into work.
LIFT is fortunate to have more than enough space to ensure appropriate physical distancing. We are also scheduling all appointments to ensure minimal contact between clients.
Guests are only allowed to enter the clinic when accompanying a minor to their appointment. Otherwise, guests will be asked to wait in their car.
Staff members will wash their hands thoroughly between all appointments.
Clients will be asked to wash their hands upon entering the clinic, upon exiting the treatment room, and upon exiting the clinic.
Treatment rooms will be sanitized after each use using a MOH-approved surface disinfectant.
All common surfaces will be wiped down between patients.
We encourage contactless payment (using TAP) during this time to minimize point of sale use.
While you are welcome to use other forms of card payment, no cash transactions will be accepted at this time.
